Account usage information for all dial-in customers can only be accessed while you are connected to the Internet via The-Wire.

Please note that some browsers cannot receive encrypted data and if this happens you will need to upgrade to a more recent version. As well, you will be required to enter your Wire login UserID and password which remains stored in memory in your browser until you exit your browser. Please close your browser when you are finished.

Wire Account usage calculations are broken into two groups:

Monthly information is available to all users and is updated at midnight. Before midnight you will see the previous day's usage. Priority information is only available to "Priority" customers
