What do I do if I cannot access the net?
Please first confirm that all computers are experiencing difficulties. If it is only your workstation that has no net access, please do a clean reboot. If other workstations or servers have also lost net access, please reboot your router by turning off the router, leaving it off for 30 seconds and then turning it on again. Return to your desk and try accessing the web again after a minute or two has passed.
