How do I confirm whether there is DSL in my area?
Please click here to give us the information we require to do a DSL availability check

I think my DSL connection is down - what do I do?
Please clarify whether it is only your computer that is down by checking a website from another computer.

Confirm if you can send or receive email - if it is only email that is a problem please view our email faq.

Once you have confirmed that both websites and email are inaccessible, ask the designated technical person in your office to restart your Netopia router. There is either a Power button on the front of the router or an On-Off switch at the back. If you have additional hubs please check that all cables are firmly attached.

Before you call us for additional help, please make a note as to which lights are "on" or green on the Netopia router. If the "DSL" or "Channel One" light is on then the DSL connection is solid up to your router and you likely have a problem on the LAN that will require help from your LAN administrator to:

-confirmed that it is infact every computer
-make sure your cables are connected properly
-restarted your internal hardware such as hubs, switches, and routers
-restarted some of the machines to retry
