the question "Am I having a problem or is my ISP".
The Wire maintains 99.9% or better uptime. 80% of client side
issues can be solved in minutes with a short check list.
What follows are basic check lists Wire staff supplement
with public knowledge bases (such as Microsoft.com or Apple.com).
You can also type an error messages (e.g. Error 648) into
a Google search.
Wire staff are happy to help with connectivity issues, either
local or remote, where the computer hardware and software
is stable and a client demonstrates a basic understanding
of their system. Wire support staff do not reinstall software,
resolve hardware conflicts or train clients to use e-mail
